Processing Time
All orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 1–3 working days.
During busy periods (such as launches, promotions, and seasonal events), processing times may be slightly longer — but we always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
Please note: Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Order Tracking
Tracking is provided on selected services. Where applicable, your tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (EU Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary by country and are not included in the shipping cost.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We cannot be responsible for orders sent to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a re-shipping fee may apply.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If your parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact your local delivery office first.
If your parcel is confirmed lost, we will assist with a replacement or refund in line with the courier’s claims process.
